Hours
* Full time and part time positions available
* Weekend availability is essential
Duties
* Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and kitchen staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
* Organise and store kitchen supplies and ingredients efficiently.
* Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables or measuring out portions.
* Ensure that all areas of the kitchen are kept tidy and free from hazards.
* Help with the disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
Skills
* A strong willingness to help and support others within a team environment.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous but not essential
* Good understanding of hygiene standards and food safety practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
