Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various holiday let spaces and homes. This role requires a strong commitment to service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
* Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors in all assigned spaces.
* Strip and make up beds.
* Clean and sanitise bathroom, kitchens, and other communal areas.
* Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
* Experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
