Responsibilities
* Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations.
* Liaising with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
* Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of mainly industrial assets across the south east region.
* Monitoring income and managing credit control alongside dedicated accounting personnel.
* Client reporting – assist in the production of monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings.
Qualifications
* Ideally MRICS qualified.
* Experience in property management activities and in particular working across multiple assets in the industrial sector would be advantageous.
* An ability to identify and pursue asset management and other opportunities to assist the client team.
* Demonstrable client facing experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads.
* Proven ability to work as part of a national team.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Experience of property management platforms including MRi would be an advantage.
