Senior IT Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving a dynamic, multi-site IT environment supporting approximately 200 users across several international locations.
This is a senior technical position suited to someone who enjoys working across a broad range of technologies, taking ownership of complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across systems, infrastructure, and security.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and support the IT helpdesk
* Manage and maintain servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and appropriately backed up
* Provide support across multiple international locations
* Lead technical projects and contribute to ongoing IT improvements
* Mentor and support junior members of the IT team
* Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to enhance system performance and security
About You
* Proven experience in IT infrastructure and support at 2nd/3rd line level
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Experience leading or mentoring within an IT support function
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

* Flexible working pattern available, including a 9-day fortnight or standard Monday to Friday
