Start Date:September 2025
Reporting to: Head of Department
Office:Sutton in Ashfield
Hours of Work: 9.00am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday
Benefits: Workplace Pension Scheme, 21 days holiday plus holiday purchase scheme, plus bank holidays, plus 4 extra days over Christmas when the offices close.
Salary:Dependent upon experience

About the Role:
You’ll be handling a varied and interesting caseload of private client matters, including:
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
You'll work closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team, with access to secretarial support and modern case management systems. Our firm is committed to maintaining high standards of service while fostering a genuinely collaborative and enjoyable working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge and a sensitive, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
