POSITION SUMMARY
Harpar Grace International is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Trade Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of HGI’s trade sales and marketing strategy across all territories and sectors.
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Brand, responsible for driving new account acquisition, partner engagement, brand positioning and commercial performance across its key platforms and service offerings.
You will own and be responsible for HGI’s growth plan — leading campaign execution, lead generation, sales enablement, brand proposition development and partner success initiatives — while ensuring HGI’s luxury, results-driven positioning is consistently represented across all touchpoints.
This role will also play a key part in rolling out new concepts, managing the brand tools and materials, and optimising the HGI website as a core commercial and engagement tool.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role upon completion
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Sales & Marketing Strategy
* Development & guardian of the master brand campaign equity
* Development and owner of the HGI Trade Go To Market Sales & Marketing Plan across all territories and sectors
* Working closely with the Trade GTM Marketing Lead, ensure the development and successful deployment of this plan and integrated sector trade marketing campaigns
* Ensure specific brand activities, campaigns and activations are integrated into the HGI communications plan as per the individual brand plans, goals, targets and objectives
* Oversee deployment with Trade GTM marketing of high-impact lead generation & business acquisition activity across digital, events, PR and partnerships
* Build automated partner journeys to support acquisition, onboarding and retention
* Support industry profile building through exhibitions, events and thought leadership
* Align sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets across prospects & partners
* Track performance metrics and optimise activity to maximise ROI
Brand Identity & Proposition Development
* Act as guardian and champion of the HGI brand, ensuring consistency across all channels
* Develop and evolve HGI’s brand proposition, messaging and positioning
* Oversee management and optimisation of the HGI website as a core commercial platform, working with Digital and Brand teams to ensure strong user experience, audience sign posting, engagement and ultimately, conversion
* Lead ongoing development and rollout of the HGI Success Suite partner platform, building out required communication kits and sell-in sheets
Sales Enablement, Communication Kits & Pitching Tools
* Develop compelling sales presentations, pitch decks and commercial materials
* Equip Sales teams with best-in-class tools and brand materials
* Ensure tools and programmes drive partner performance and engagement

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
* Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand roles
* Strong experience in lead generation, campaign management and sales enablement
* Proven track record of driving commercial performance and partner acquisition
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Experience managing CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
* Highly organised with strong project management capability
* Commercial mindset with results-driven approach
* Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify & Canva is advantageous but not essential
* Industry experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands preferred
