In this role, you’ll be a key part of our People Hub team, providing essential administrative and coordination support to help us deliver high‑quality, responsive HR services across the Trust. From supporting day‑to‑day people processes to helping streamline our employee journey, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our colleagues feel supported from the moment they join us. Advert As the first point of contact for HR enquiries, you will play a central role in supporting a smooth and efficient People service. You’ll assist with coordinating recruitment processes, keeping our workforce records accurate and up to date, and ensuring all employment checks are completed in line with policy. You will also support the team by preparing reports, drafting professional correspondence, and organising meetings to help keep everything running seamlessly.
