We are seeking a PMO Analyst to collaborate across our delivery function, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting and excellent project governance. This hybrid role involves working twice a week from our TXP offices in either Dudley or Solihull.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of the Project Management Office - this includes continually maintaining project documentation to suit the changing needs of the business.
* Define and develop project management processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies.
* Administer and produce communication materials for the Programme Plan.
* Manage Project Governance processes and events - this includes monitoring progress, keeping actuals/forecasts updated and ensuring that reporting is consistent.
* Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in project administration, contract approval, statements of work and purchase orders.
* Ensure the weekly/monthly time log is maintained.
* Coordinate all PMO meetings.
* Ensure that all Risk and Issue registers are maintained and that workshops are scheduled as required.
* Ensure that project Change Control registers are maintained, and escalations are flagged with the PMO and/or Programme Manager.
* Manage overview of all Project financials including ROI, IRR and invoicing, and flag any projects of concern to the PMO and/or Programme Manager.
* Capture Continuous improvement actions within the CI Log and work with team members to ensure regular updates.
* Maintain Project Plans, providing slippage and escalation reports to the PMO/Programme Manager.
* Resource management – capture resource demand, capacity pinch points and work with the PMO and Programme Manager to either reschedule projects or identify new resource requirements.
* Work with the PMO Manager and Programme Manager to establish project controls as required by the customer or TXP Management team.
Skills & Experiences:
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced project-led environment.
* Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to forge key relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience using both Microsoft Excel & PowerBI to create reporting dashboards.
* Demonstratable attention to detail.
* PPSO, PRINCE2 or APMP qualifications are desirable.
