We have complex care support packages around North Wales and w e are looking for experienced Support Workers with a positive and proactive attitude to join us in: Mold Caerwys Flint Ruthin Kinmel Bay Mancot Day shifts & night shifts available. To start you off on what we hope will be a long career with us we offer a sector leading 2 week training and induction course including face to face training with clinicians and online training to ensure you are fully prepared before you join one of our packages. You will then have regular supervisions and opportunities for further training and development to allow you to progress and grow with us as our business grows! Our care in the home services support adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
