Each day, you will answer people’s questions, talk to them about their plans, and advise them on which cycling trails will suit their abilities and interests. You will listen carefully to what they need so you can give them accurate information and help them have the best possible experience.Your work will involve preparing, maintaining, and hiring out bikes and equipment, ensuring everything is safe, clean, and ready to use. You will support volunteers and colleagues, follow safe working practices, and help manage outdoor risks. You will share key messages with visitors, promote our cycling offer, and encourage people to explore the estate.
