We are seeking a dedicated and proactive PSA (Personal Support Assistant) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to a young individual who's attending university at St Andrews.
Duties include; ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
Document client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.
Experience Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours is desirable, including availability for shifts during evenings or weekends.
