Job Description
1. Lead and coordinate a major global strategic account across the mining and industrial sectors
2. Develop and strengthen senior executive relationships across operational, commercial and corporate leadership teams
3. Align regional business units and internal stakeholders around a unified global customer strategy
4. Identify growth opportunities across products, services, aftermarket and integrated solutions
5. Chair strategic account forums and drive collaboration across international teams
6. Lead complex commercial discussions and support major negotiations
7. Act as the escalation and relationship point for senior customer stakeholders globally
8. Maintain strong visibility across operational delivery, customer priorities and market developments
9. Drive long-term account planning and strategic partnership initiatives
10. Travel domestically and internationally as required
