3. Proven background in senior finance leadership roles, such as Finance Manager, Senior Accounts Manager or a high‑performing Assistant FM
4. Advanced, hands‑on capability with Simpro and Xero - essential for this role
5. Experience within construction, M&E or other project‑driven sectors
6. Deep understanding of job costing, WIP management and cashflow forecasting
7. Highly organised, commercially astute and proactive in approach
8. Confident partnering with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decisions
9. Takes full ownership of responsibilities rather than simply processing tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
10. A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the property industry.
11. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
12. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
