The Role
The Cyber Security Leader will be responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation in our client's thriving cyber security division. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the cyber strategy, engaging with senior stakeholders within its client base and across the wider organisation, and supporting the leadership of high-performing teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
The Candidate
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable ability to engage and influence C-level and boardroom stakeholders
* A leader of people, with strong decision making and communication skills
* Advisory and governance mindset
* Track record of scaling a cyber security function or practice
* Operates currently or previously in a genuine CISO role
* Deep understanding of current and emerging cyber landscape
* Ability to apply experience and knowledge to identify potential commercial opportunities and partnerships.
