Our client is recruiting a specialist Intervention Teacher to join a thriving school in Birmingham, with a start date of January 2026. The successful Intervention Teacher will lead targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions, design bespoke programmes to accelerate progress and liaise with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning. The Intervention Teacher will be responsible for assessment-led planning, delivering catch-up support, and reporting impact to senior leaders. We welcome applications from skilled Intervention Teacher practitioners who can demonstrate measurable pupil progress. The role of Intervention Teacher will include delivering structured interventions for literacy and numeracy, supporting pupils with SEND or EAL needs, and running targeted booster groups. The appointed Intervention Teacher will work closely with the senior leadership team and SENDCo, attend progress-review meetings and provide clear evidence of impact. This Intervention Teacher post in Birmingham will commence January 2026, and the successful Intervention Teacher will be expected to contribute to termly planning from January 2026.
