* Competitive starting pay $27.81 per hour

* Mainly indoor work
This is a good opportunity to start or continue a career working with livestock. If you prove to be a great fit, you may be offered a permanent position.
What You'll be Doing:
* Routine checks on livestock/ feed/ water etc
* Cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs
* Removal and disposal of dead birds
* Overseeing other shed hands
Work days / hours:
* 6 week roster - between 4 and 6 days per week. Only working 2 weekends roster
* Weekday shifts 8 hours / Weekend shifts 5-6 hours
Sound Good? Here's What We Are Looking For:
* A good level of physical fitness
* Supervisor experience - any industry
* Experience dealing with animals / stock
* Forklift licence would be a bonus
Must already living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ / Aust Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency. Overseas candidates will not be considered. This role is not suitable for visa sponsorship. As the position is long term and ongoing it is Not suitable for Working Holiday Visas.
