Main duties of the job
We need people who are passionate, supportive, patient and who love working with people! No prior experience in a care role is necessary, but a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Everyone is different, but our commitment remains to offering high standards of care to all our clients, regardless of their needs, helping them live their best lives.
Tasks Can Include
* Supporting with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions like paying bills.
* Making meals, drinks, and snacks where necessary.
* Encouraging and enabling clients to follow care plans.
* Assisting clients with personal care, including washing/bathing, dressing, and helping with medication.
* Focusing on client wellbeing, going the extra mile, and keeping managers and agencies informed of progress.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
No experience or qualifications are necessary; a positive attitude and kindness are enough. Experience caring for family, friends, or neighbors is valuable. We provide full training and recognised qualifications, with opportunities to progress into management roles.

Person Specification
Experience
Essential: Good knowledge of IT systems.
Desirable: Experience with rota systems like People Planner2.
