Lead and manage the aftersales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the service, parts, and bodyshop teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and departmental revenue.
Oversee workshop and service schedules, optimise processes and resources.
Monitor departmental KPIs to maintain high standards of service quality.
Aftersales Managers deal with customer relationships effectively, resolving issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership policies.
Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performance culture.Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, ideally at a supervisory level.
Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance.
Strong knowledge of dealership DMS systems.
Full UK manual driving license with minimal points.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
