Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days per week (rota basis). Some Bank Holiday working required, time off in lieu will be provided for any worked
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
The Role
We are recruiting Customer Care Specialists to support Volvo Cars in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers across their shopping and ownership journey, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects Volvo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app chat
* Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
* Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively
* Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
* Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Genuine passion for customer service
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and elevate appropriately
* Calm, personable, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Bonus: experience in customer care operations, complaint handling, or CRM systems
