The fundamental purpose of this role is to improve efficiency, productivity, and net profit levels through effective management and resource control.
The Senior Manager develops and implements detailed plans to achieve business unit and company objectives, as set out and agreed by the Senior Leadership Team. While primarily directing one business unit, this role impacts global affairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Proactively identify and develop new business contacts to generate contractor requests.
* Build and execute detailed plans to meet sales, financial, and budget goals, with regular performance reports and forecasts.
* Identify business objectives and success factors to manage daily sales and administrative activities.
* Set and review objectives with direct reports regularly.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with staff development coaches to ensure competency. Conduct regular appraisals and reviews.
* Participate in site visits (UK and overseas) with team members, assisting with preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
* Monitor and improve service levels to clients and contractors, enhancing customer service standards.
* Introduce new services to clients within geographical boundaries to grow sales operations.
* Foster open communication and complete relevant training courses, upholding QCS values.
* Develop a success culture based on clear objectives, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements.
* Support sales management with team coverage and handling urgent queries during trips or leave.
