Job Title: Communication Support Worker Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (pro-rated) Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Location: Cambridge and Huntingdon We are seeking a Communication Support Worker (CSW) to support d/Deaf and hearing-impaired learners across a range of educational settings. This is a rewarding role focused on enabling equal access to learning through effective communication support. The Role: The Communication Support Worker will be working under the guidance of the Head of Learning Support, you will facilitate communication between d/Deaf learners, staff, and peers, ensuring learners can fully access teaching, learning, and assessment.
