Hays has partnered exclusively with a global railway systems leader to appoint an experienced PMO to support aplex M&A/TSA exit programme. With a consultancy exiting the business at the end of April, the PMO team are looking for a real expert on exco pack and dashboard creations: if you're a strong PMO Analyst with exceptional experience in producing packs (ideally from a consulting background), an awareness of M&A and availability to start ASAP then we want to hear from you!
Role: PMO Analyst
Length: Until end of August + likely extension
Location: Central London
Hybrid: Yes (3 days in-office)
Rate: £400 - £500/day via Umbrella
Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
1. Programme & PMO Support: Deliver end‑to‑end PMO support across IT adoption, integration and TSA exit activities, includingernance forums, readiness assessments and go/no‑go decision points.
2. Executive Reporting: Produce high‑quality, executive‑ready packs and reports, translatingplex programme data into clear insights, while maintaining dashboards, KPIs, RAID and decision logs.
3. Project Tracking & Controls: Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies and financials, ensuring accurate programme reporting and progress monitoring.
4. Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain auditable programme documentation and SharePoint repositories, apply PMO standards consistently, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders and partners.
5. Proven experience supporting M&A IT integration and TSA exits and a consulting or professional services background (ex‑Big 4 desirable) will be very highly regarded.
