Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate to join this growing Clinical Negligence team in Bristol. JOB REF:3623
THE ROLE:
- You will play a key role in supporting the team's continued success, working closely with Partners on complex, high:value cases while also developing your own caseload and client relationships.
- Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with confidence and efficiency
- Expand your sector knowledge and use this to deliver commercially aware, high:quality advice
- Build and strengthen professional networks, both internally and externally
- Contribute to a positive risk culture by identifying potential issues early and supporting best practice across the team
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting their development
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
- Proven experience handling high:value and/or complex birth injury litigation
- Strong background in supporting Partners on complex matters
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage financial aspects of cases
- A collaborative approach with the ability to coach and mentor junior lawyers
