Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues effectively to ensure every customer is counted throughout the shift.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain a safe store environment at all times.

* Ability to have a global view and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
* Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
