£30k basic salary plus up to £5,000 performance bonus\n\n6 month FTC (until December)\n\n3 days in the office (Mon–Wed), and 2 days working from home (Thurs–Fri)\n\nAs a Virtual Account Manager working with an automotive group, you'll be a key player in supporting the group's automotive brands and dealerships by managing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your role is crucial in increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding market share for our clients. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll bring a strategic approach to sales, delivering outstanding results and top-tier service within the automotive sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Managing and growing relationships with key fleet and retail automotive customers.\n\n * Identifying and securing new business opportunities to increase vehicle sales\n\n * Providing expert knowledge of automotive brands, their strategies, and market positioning.\n\n * Delivering high-quality digital sales experiences and customer service.\n\n * Collaborating with leasing companies, dealerships, and other industry stakeholders.\n\n * Analysing customer data to generate insights and inform sales strategies.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\n * A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong automotive sales track record within a B2B environment.\n\n * Excellent communication and active listening skills.\n\n * Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to meet customer and dealer needs.\n\n * Strong data management skills and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is essential).\n\n * A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.\n\n * Previous experience in automotive sales, fleet management, or dealership account management is highly desirable
