We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (CTL) who can inspire, support, and oversee the delivery of excellent care.
You will work 42 hours a week at Cygnet Newham House. This is a 20-bed neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility providing rehabilitation for women affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI).
The hospital offers a safe, secure environment to aid recovery and supports those diagnosed with progressive neurological diseases like Huntington’s Disease to manage their symptoms.
The facility is modern and purpose-built, designed to deliver a clinically-led, evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals with behaviors challenging due to their ABI.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading regular care audits
* Providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring for service development
* Maintaining excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement
* Supporting the annual plan for Quality and Compliance within your focus area
* Participating in clinical committees relevant to your role
* Engaging in training and CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensuring care plans are complete and maintained under NMC guidelines
* Administering medicines following healthcare procedures and regulations

You are:
An experienced RMN or RNLD with a current PIN, possessing:
Essential:
* At least two years of experience
* Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
* Knowledge of current nursing practices
* A commitment to patient recovery, risk management, and reduction
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering service users
Desirable:
* Ability to deputize in a managerial role
* Interest in leadership, research, and assessment
