Responsibilities
* You’ll manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and handle your reports with precision.
* You’re a problem solver, a people person, and a proud ambassador for the RAC. Whether you're on a busy roadside or a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll stay calm under pressure, connect quickly, and be confident in your craft.
* You'll adapt to a flexible mix of fault diagnostics, tyre or battery issues, and other roadside tasks. You’ll make the call on fixes, support our members, and keep everyone moving.
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
