A global manufacturer of specialist medical and dental equipment is expanding its UK operation and is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager - Medical Equipment to support growth across the South of England, with a strong focus on London and surrounding areas.
This Territory Sales Manager - Medical Equipment role is field-based and centred on consultative, direct sales to dental and surgical professionals. You will take ownership of a defined territory, building strong clinical relationships and driving sustainable revenue.
Responsibilities
* Manage a defined southern territory as a Territory Sales Manager - Medical Equipment
* Focus activity on clients in and around the London area
* Build long-term relationships with dental and surgical professionals
* Deliver in-person product demonstrations and consultations
* Advise customers on appropriate product selection based on clinical needs
* Develop new business while managing existing accounts
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
* Plan and prioritise territory activity effectively
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
* Attend relevant trade shows and industry events
* Represent the business professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements
* Proven field sales experience within medical, dental or healthcare sectors
* Track record of selling to dentists, surgeons or clinical professionals
* Strong territory management and pipeline planning skills
* Confident presentation, negotiation and relationship-building ability
* Consultative, customer-focused sales approach
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South
Package & Benefits
* Basic salary up to £55,000
* £30,000 uncapped OTE
* Transparent commission scheme
