Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on a contract basis, working on a fixed social housing site in Lower Clapton (E5 0HL). This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. No weekend work
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works within occupied social housing properties.
Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming.
Internal painting and finishing to a professional standard.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Communicate professionally with tenants while working in occupied homes.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in social housing environments.
Painting & Decorating qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
Ability to work in tenanted properties and provide excellent customer service.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable, professional, and punctual.
