Role description:
Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Cost Administrator to join our rapidly growing Data Centre team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of one of our large Data Centre construction projects in Milan Italy.
The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Milan on (50/50 rotation - 1 week in country/ 1 week home/office).
Role accountabilities:
1. Management of the entirety of the Building Contracts
2. Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project
3. Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc
