Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an exceptional Strategic HR Business Partner to join our senior HR team and work at the heart of our commercial finance division. This is not your typical HR role; you’ll be a true business partner to the C-suite and senior executives, helping to shape, challenge, and align workforce strategy to ambitious business goals across multiple functions.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing HR team that thrives on innovation, impact, and integrity. In this role, you’ll drive organisational transformation, support growth, and champion a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous development.
* Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leaders across our commercial finance division.
* Lead on strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
* Influence and coach senior leaders, fostering high performance and resilient leadership through change.
* Support and shape major change and transformation programmes with a people-first, data-driven approach.
* Drive employee engagement, culture and inclusion strategies that make a lasting difference.
* Partner cross-divisionally to embed best practice across all areas of talent, performance, and capability.
* Use HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making, shape people priorities, and measure impact.

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, within a commercial finance or banking environment is essential.
* Strong background partnering with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience in organisational change, transformation and business growth, with examples to highlight your strengths.
* A passion for data-led decision making and translating insight into action.
* Excellent knowledge of talent management, passion for leadership development and succession planning.
* Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and drive alignment across functions.
* A curious, collaborative mindset, comfortable taking considered risks and owning outcomes.
