SOAS is moving towards a new model of international partnerships which is responsive to the transnational character of our global challenges. About the Department: Founded in 2005, Department for Gender Studies as SOAS is a world-renowned hub for research and teaching on gender and sexuality, with a distinctive regional focus on Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and their diasporas.
