North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is advertising this full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Band 3 Team Administrator post. The post is in our Community Assessment Stabilisation and Treatment Team (CASTT) within the Complex Emotional Needs pathway. You will be supported by the Team Leader, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and Senior Mental Health Practitioners to deliver compassionate care within a trauma-informed multi-disciplinary team. We primarily operate as an online team with some face-to-face meetings and support hybrid, agile and flexible working in line with our service model.
Responsibilities
* Take calls from service users and manage enquiries appropriately.
* Liaise with other teams and external organisations as required.
* Demonstrate approachability, compassion and excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); advanced typing skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work under pressure.
* Experience of minute taking, transcribing minutes and running data reports (essential).
* Support with administrative duties as part of the team’s functions.

You will be a highly organised individual who is proficient in a range of software programmes such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. It is vital that you have advanced typing skills, excellent attention to detail and can cope well under pressure. Experience of minute taking, transcribing minutes and running reports for data analysis is a major part of the role and is therefore an essential criteria.
