Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable environment for Spa guests, ensuring supplies are available at all times.
Experience in a customer service environment preferable with knowledge of call handling & emails. Any fitness qualifications would be a bonus.
Be passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate products and facilities.Core skills required
