We are looking for a Stock & Systems Team Leader to join our site in Middlewich, supporting our Jollyes operation. You will oversee stock control processes, lead a team of administrators, and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and health & safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

We're looking to offer a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum plus associated shift premium. What you'll do on a typical day:
* Manage stock integrity and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
* Coordinate cycle counting and analyse data to identify trends and corrective actions
* Lead and develop a team of administrators to deliver efficient stock processes
* Maintain Warehouse Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are met
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support system projects
* Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive team culture

* Proven experience in stock management within a warehouse environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
