Finance Assistant Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year, DoE Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 4.30pm Job type: Full-time, permanent with opportunity for hybrid working. You will ensure the accuracy of monthly group reporting together with ensuring accurate accounting controls are kept. Our client is willing to take on a graduate who is already studying their CIMA OR ACCA. Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant: Group monthly reporting Month end accruals and review of overheads Balance sheet reconciliations Control account reconciliations Assistant in annual budget Daily sales reporting VAT Returns and associated tasks Payroll accounting Liaise with auditors Ad hoc requests Requirements of the Finance Assistant: Good analytical skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Organisation and time management skills (priorities and multi tasks) Computer literate with good spreadsheet capability If you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Finance Assistant, then please apply now!
