The Opportunity

The firm requires a Treasury Analyst to carry out the day-to-day cash management and administrative tasks in the Group Treasury Function. This role will report to the Treasurer Manager and will work closely with the Group Treasurer and Arup’s global finance teams.

The Treasury Analyst will act as the initial point of contact for bond and guarantee applications. Obtain necessary approvals, process applications, amendments, and cancellations, reconcile bond charges from banks, and maintain comprehensive bond reporting.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to analyze liquidity and FX risk positions, develop best practices to support regional treasury matters, prepare cash flow forecasts, manage global multi-currency cash pool reporting, and provide FX and money market recommendations. Handle intercompany cash transfers and weekly cash reporting, liaising with local operations on cash requirements.

Input transactions into the Treasury Management System (TMS) and use various banking portals daily. Perform administrative tasks such as bank account management, liaising with shared services and finance teams, and managing the Treasury Intranet page.

At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from respecting, sharing, and connecting our diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas.

You will have the opportunity to do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, your career, our members, and the clients and communities we serve.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for people who:

* Have a strong interest in Treasury matters.
* Have an eye for detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Have previous experience of FIS Integrity, 360T, Co-Process, and HSBCnet, which is a benefit.
* Are working towards AMCT qualification or interested in working towards it.

If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial management, especially in bonds and guarantees, apply now to join our team!

We also provide Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Accident Insurance, and Income Protection Cover. Additionally, you’ll have access to flexible benefits to support all aspects of your wellbeing and give you the flexibility to find the best solutions for you, your family, and your individual needs.
