1. Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy, alignment with customer requirements, and business targets.
2. Lead, coach, and support your team, providing tools, training, and performance feedback to help them excel and achieve KPIs.
3. Maintain an overview of your region, reporting successes, challenges, and any customer/order issues to your manager.
