Provide expert advice on estate management issues to internal stakeholders and external partners. Support the delivery of estate strategies that align with organisational goals. Responsibilities Conduct regular property inspections and condition surveys to assess maintenance and repair needs. Manage lease agreements, rent reviews, renewals, and tenant relations. Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and legal advisors to ensure efficient estate operations. Prepare detailed reports, valuations, and recommendations for senior management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards. Monitor budgets and expenditure related to estate maintenance and improvements. Support strategic planning for estate development, disposal, or acquisition opportunities. Keep abreast of market trends, legislation changes, and best practices in estate management. Requirements Degree in Surveying, Property Management, or a related discipline. RICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in estate or property management, ideally within a diverse portfolio. Strong understanding of leasehold law, property valuation, and maintenance processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
