Hours: 35 hours full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys engaging with members and supporting the delivery of high‑quality events and campaigns. The role is designed to provide practical experience across event coordination, marketing, and membership engagement, while contributing to BAMAN’s mission to support and elevate medical aesthetic nurses.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting BAMAN’s events programme, promoting initiatives across digital channels, and ensuring a positive and professional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
Events Coordination and Delivery
* Support the planning and delivery of BAMAN’s events calendar, including regional meetings, digital events, Spring Symposium and the Annual Conference
* Take ownership of coordinating logistics, stakeholders, timelines, and delivery with guidance from the team
* Attend events and provide on‑the‑day coordination, ensuring a high‑quality and professional member experience
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital events and webinars
Marketing and Promotion
* Lead the promotion of BAMAN events and initiatives across digital channels, email, and partner platforms
* Establish and manage social media platforms to effectively promote BAMAN and drive engagement with in‑person events
* Assist the Head of Brand in creating and scheduling content for marketing campaigns and newsletters
* Support website updates, ensuring event and membership information is accurate and current
* Track event attendance, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics in monthly reports
Membership and Partnership Support
* Provide administrative support for membership processes, including enquiries, onboarding, and renewals
* Support the delivery and communication of membership benefits and partner offers
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM and assist with reporting on membership data
* Act as a professional point of contact for member queries related to events, marketing, and membership
* Assist in ensuring partner deliverables are fulfilled effectively
General Responsibilities
* Represent BAMAN professionally at occasional partner events
* Work collaboratively across teams to support the delivery of BAMAN initiatives
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, engagement, and overall delivery
Person Specification
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using social media and digital platforms
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience supporting events or campaigns
* Experience supporting partnerships or sponsorship activity
