An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as Marketing Manager.
This stand-alone role will develop and implement marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisitions and support customer retention. This role supports the company’s vision ‘'To be the preferred partner in the UK for innovative recycling and waste management solutions.'
This role would seek an existing Marketing Executive or Coordinator in a B2B environment seeking the next step up in their career.
The role will:
* Devise activities that drive lead generation and customer growth across CWR’s various target markets.
* Support the commercial division with targeted content creation.
* Understand and report on market trends and competitor activity.
* Manage local and national events, award entries and product & service advertising opportunities (traditional and digital marketing).
* Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the wider business’ 3-year plan, brand and corporate communications strategy.
* Evaluate performance of all marketing activity
Key skills and experience required:
* This role requires a candidate with 1-2 years experience as a marketing executive or coordinator in a B2B environment
* Experience of dealing with social media: LinkedIn and Instagram
* An understanding of market research
