TheService Manager will be leading a team of Service staff. You willundoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion forbuilding excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forwardprofitable business expansion. As a customerfocused manager youwill inspire your team to provide the best possible services forthe customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets areachieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providingsupport coaching and motivation tothem.

* Morethan 2 years of experience as a Service Manager in the automotiveindustry
* Asound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards consumerlegislation and tradepractices.
* Financiallyastute with a proven track record of achievingresults.
* Excellentcommunication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detailand a strong entrepreneurialspirit.
* Fulland Valid UK drivinglicence
