Pay: £12.30-£15.00 per hour

Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
* Support patients with their physical and emotional needs.
* Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
* Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
* Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed by nursing staff.
* Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
