Recruitment Telesales Executive
to join our team.
The Role
As a
Recruitment Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, promoting our recruitment services, and helping generate new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to identify client needs, set appointments, and support the development of lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms to introduce our recruitment services.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
Build rapport with hiring managers and decision-makers, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
Appointment Setting:
Secure meetings and call-backs for senior recruitment consultants and business development managers.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain consistent communication.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
About You
Previous experience in
telesales, outbound sales, or lead generation, ideally within recruitment or professional services.
Excellent communication and telephone skills - confident, articulate, and persuasive.
Results-driven with a proactive, positive attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
A team player who's eager to learn, grow, and contribute to collective success.
What We Offer
Salary Circa 25k + OTE circa 35k
