Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Senior Application Analyst on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
Main purpose of the role
The role of the Senior Applications Analyst – will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing.
Requirements
* Experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing – Essential
* Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting – Essential
* Experience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets – Essential
* Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC – Essential
* Understanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tool used with NEC – Desirable
* Knowledge and experience of creating and troubleshooting DTI’s – Desirable
* Knowledge and experience of NEC modules (Estates- Rents) – Desirable
* Experience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes – Desirable
