Job Title: Office Assistant
Hours between 9:30 - 14:30 5 days a week. No evenings or weekend work required.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and organization
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
