I am currently representing a highly reputable firm seeking a Tax Advisory Partner in their London office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tax advisor to step into a leadership role and work with a strong existing client base consisting of both personal and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of the national tax advisory team and oversee strategy, delivery and growth.
2. Develop and execute business development initiatives to expand the firms’ fees
3. Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal clients
4. Maintain and build strong internal and external relationships to support growth goals
5. Advise clients on tax planning projects and anyplex tax matters
6. Lead and mentor a team of experienced senior managers
Candidate profile:
7. Proven experience at director or senior manager level within a tax advisory team
8. Strong technical expertise across both corporate and private client tax
9. Demonstrated success in business development and growing advisory revenue
10. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
11. Entrepreneurial mindset
12. ACCA/CTA/ATT qualified
