The Opportunity This role is ideal for an experienced financial planning administrator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding client support. Working closely with financial planners, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless client experiences. Key Responsibilities Processing authority letters and gathering financial data for new clients and annual reviews. Preparing application forms and client documentation. Managing financial transactions on investment platforms. Assisting with client reviews, updating goals information, and setting up meetings. Handling client correspondence, including post and emails. Providing administrative support to financial planners. Supporting clients with administrative queries and ensuring clear communication.
Duties
* Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation as required.
* Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Assist in financial planning activities to ensure budget adherence.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

* Utilise IT systems to streamline administrative processes and improve productivity.
* Maintain an organised filing system for easy access to important documents.

Experience
* Proven administrative experience in a professional setting is essential.

* Familiarity with financial services and planning is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
