Immediate Start Available Were recruiting for a busy, well-established fleet company based in Coalville, and theyre looking for an experienced Prepper to join their team on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35 and pays £18 - £20 per hour LTD, depending on experience. ?? The Role: Prepping panels and vehicles ready for paint
Sanding, masking, and filler work
Working on a variety of commercial and fleet vehicles
Supporting the paint team to maintain a smooth workflow
? Requirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or within a bodyshop environment
Competent with all aspects of prepping and filler work
Own tools and ability to work efficiently and independently
Immediate availability preferred
