The Role
We’re seeking a Director of SEO to lead and scale our organic search strategy across gambling projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll work directly with the Co-Founders and COO to elevate projects, driving organic growth, expanding market reach, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that fuels revenue growth across all projects.
* Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link-building, internal linking structures, and authority-building partnerships.
* Collaborate with content and editorial teams to develop data-driven content strategies.
* Conduct SEO audits and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
* Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, developing actionable insights and initiatives for continuous improvement.
* Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in platform builds, redesigns, and migrations.
* Lead and mentor a team of SEO managers, analysts, and content strategists, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
* Stay informed on emerging search trends, AI tools, and monetization strategies.
Requirements
* 8+ years of progressive SEO experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven success managing SEO for content publishing, affiliate or performance marketing businesses.
* Experience leading SEO strategies across multiple markets (international SEO experience is a plus).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong hands-on mentality with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who embraces innovation and experimentation.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven with a passion for measurable impact.
